Trent and I have been living in this house for a little over a year and we have been working on it the whole time. Every couple weeks Trent had a new idea and something else to fix. Finally we got down to the paint and were finishing up everything Trent had on his long list. with just the hallway left to paint and our house starting to feel like home Trent came up with a idea. Lets sale the house. ahhhhh I wasn't sure I was ready for that it was a lot of work and I had finally fell in love with the house.

After thinking about it he was right. It was the perfect time to sell and we really had grown out of the house Niko had no where to go because our fence wasn't high enough and the neighborhood wasn't a great place for Kaiizen to grow up.
Well when Trent wants to do something and I agree he goes for it and gets it done. He decided it was time for us to sell the house and then next day he called the realtor. The realtor came out and it was ready to be listed that day around 2. Little did we know the roller coaster we just got on.
At 5 that day the realtor called he had a showing... and 10 mins later another call another showing. by the end of the day we had 6 showings and a offer coming in. We sold our house the next morning in less then 24 hours. I wasn't ready for that. but whats done was done and we had to find a house! about a week and a half later we found the one!(pictures and more info in a few more weeks)
well a couple of days later our offer on our house fell through. We had to find a new buyer. This was really frustrating because the first offer was above the asking price and we thought we could never get that same offer and who new how long it would take to even get a offer.
Well it went back on the market and 2 days later went back off after 2 offers in one day, we had our house under contract again. Once again over the asking price!
With just a week and a half left in this house its pretty much a done deal. Were starting to pack and get everything together. Its bitter sweet its sad to leave our first home after all the time, work and money we have spent in it and all the firsts we have had in it. But there will be more first in the next one and more time, work and of course money:).
